Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive further notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Freight forwarder: We use reputable shipping companies such as DHL for domestic shipping.
Delivery time: Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 business days after your order is processed. Rush shipping options are available for an additional charge.

International Shipping

Availability: We ship to select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Duties and Charges: International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office for more information.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
Email Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available.

Shipping address


Accurate information: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct to avoid delays or delivery issues. Wuff&Miez is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Changes: If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wuffmiez.de. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Delays and problems

Weather and unforeseen events: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters or delays by shipping companies. Wuff&Miez is not responsible for such delays.
Lost or damaged shipments: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@wuffmiez.de. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
