At Wuffmiez we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return products within 14 days of receipt.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging with tags.
- Returns are not possible for gift cards, discounted items and personal care products.
Return process
- Contact us: Email support@wuffmiez.de with order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Packaging and shipping: Pack items securely, enclose RA number and send to the specified address.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
